Dahlia 'Copper Boy' 1 tuber
Dahlia 'Copper Boy' - a dahlia with 8–10 cm large, perfectly round flowers in rich copper and red tones. The flowers have a насыщенный, deep color which, together with the dark, almost black stems and dark green leaves, creates a striking contrast. It forms sturdy stems, and the flowers are very long-lasting in a vase, making this variety especially suitable for cut flowers.
Dahlia tubers are planted outdoors in a bed after the last frosts, usually in May. If you want flowering to start earlier, the tubers can be started in March and April by placing the tubers in a pot and keeping the pot indoors. The tubers will begin to sprout new shoots; after that, the developed plants can be transplanted outdoors when there is no longer a risk of frost.
In autumn, the tubers are dug up and overwintered in a box in a cellar or another cool place.
