Dahlia 'Milena Fleur' - an expressive variety with blooms playing in coral, peach and soft pink tones. The petals look as if hand-painted. Bloom size 10 - 13 cm. The variety blooms abundantly all summer, forming sturdy stems that are ideal for cutting.
Dahlia tubers are planted outdoors in a bed after the last frosts, usually in May. If you want flowering to start earlier, you can begin waking the tubers in March and April by placing them in a pot and keeping the pot indoors. The tubers will start producing new shoots; after that, the developed plants can be transplanted outdoors when frosts are no longer a threat.
In autumn, the tubers are dug up and overwintered in a box in a cellar or another cool place.
