Dahlia 'Sweet Sanne' - a delicate and very elegant dahlia with soft pink flowers showing warm peach and creamy tones. Blooms abundantly and produces many high-quality flowers on sturdy stems, making it especially suitable for cut flowers.
Dahlia tubers are planted outdoors in a bed after the last frosts, usually in May. If you want flowering to start earlier, you can begin waking the tubers in March and April by placing them in a pot and keeping the pot indoors. The tubers will start producing new shoots; after that, the resulting plants can be transplanted outdoors when there is no longer a risk of frost.
In autumn, the tubers are dug up and overwintered in a box in a cellar or another cool place.
