Seed mix 'Flowering Landscape' - sowing in spring
Seed mix 'Flowering Landscape' - sowing in spring - The mix is intended for approximately five years. In the first year, cultivated species dominate, which bloom in summer but freeze out in winter. In the second year, perennial wild species dominate the landscape. Plants are of various heights, from 20cm, most will be 60cm tall, and some plants will reach 140cm.
The mix can be used: in agricultural areas, creating flowering strips or perennial meadows;
– in private gardens; in home areas;
– in nature restoration projects;
– for establishing bee pastures; to support pollinators.
Soil preparation: When preparing the site for sowing the seed mix, pull out as many weeds as possible. The soil does not need to be fertilized.
Maintenance: In the sowing year, it is recommended not to mow at all. Starting from the second year, mowing can be done only in early spring, at the beginning of March/April.Then observe how the meadow lives, and based on that, decide whether mowing is needed also at the end of summer.
