Foxglove ‘Camelot Cream’ F1 (Digitalis purpurea) 10 seeds
Foxglove ‘Camelot Cream’ F1 (Digitalis purpurea) – The first F1 hybrid on the market, providing high germination, uniform growth, and synchronized flowering. Blooms in the first growing year if sown earlier. The Camelot™ series is also suitable for cultivation in very large containers (over 17 cm), maintaining a strong, upright growth form.
‘Camelot Cream’ F1 - the flowers are a soft cream shade with a characteristic spotted center. The variety is especially suitable for cut flower production and is pollinator-friendly. It stands out with medium to strong growth and stable quality in various growing conditions.
Sow seeds indoors in seed trays 10–12 weeks before the last spring frost. Transplant seedlings outdoors when the risk of frost has passed. Seeds can also be sown at the end of summer and planted outside to root before winter. Then, the plant will bloom earlier the following year. Cut flowers when only a few lower flowers have opened. Flowers last 6–8 days in a vase.
⚠️ Attention: Note that parts of plants of the Digitalis genus, including seeds, are poisonous, so caution is needed around children and pets. Contact with the plant may cause irritation, redness, and itching of the skin, but the greatest danger arises if parts of the plant are ingested.
