Summer Honesty 'Violet' (Lunaria annua). Flowers with light violet blossoms, pleasantly fragrant in the evenings. After flowering, decorative seed pods form. Pods with stalks are collected in September and dried. Suitable for dry flower arrangements. Can be sown both in spring and autumn. Can be sown in seed trays in June and planted outdoors in August/September so that they can take root before frost. Will bloom in May or June of the following year.
