Nasturtium 'Purple Emperor' (Tropaeolum majus) 2g
Nasturtium 'Purple Emperor' (Tropaeolum majus) forms a tall, climbing shrub. The flowers are a unique violet shade. Support is required. Sow 1.5–2 cm deep. Sow 1.5–2 cm deep. Nasturtium seeds germinate in about 14 days. Since the seed coat is hard, it is recommended to soak them in water for 8–10 hours before sowing. If this is not done, the seed will sprout a little longer. Optimal soil temperature: 20°C.
Excessive fertilization will promote leaf growth and reduce flowering. Removing spent flowers will prolong flowering. Large nasturtium will continue to bloom until frost. Although this plant tolerates drought well, water it throughout the growing period so that the nasturtium blooms beautifully.
