Tips for growing microgreens: Sprinkle seeds on soil in a seedling tray with drainage holes. Do not cover the seeds with soil! Place a dark lid and add a weight to press the seeds against the soil. Moisten daily with water. It's convenient to do this with a spray bottle. Keep the weight and darkness until the seeds have rooted and start sprouting. Once sprouting has begun, remove the weight and keep in the light, for example on a windowsill.
