Tips for growing microgreens: Sprinkle the seeds on the soil in a seedling tray with drainage holes. Do not cover the seeds with soil! Place a dark lid and a weight on top so the seeds are pressed against the soil. Moisten daily with water. It is convenient to do this with a spray bottle. Keep the weight and darkness until the seeds have rooted and started to sprout. Once germination has begun, remove the weight and keep in the light, for example, on a windowsill.
