Tips for growing microgreens: Sprinkle the seeds on the soil in a seedling tray with drainage holes. Do not cover the seeds with soil! Place a dark lid and add a weight so the seeds are pressed against the soil. Moisten daily with water. It is convenient to do this with a spray bottle. Keep the weight and darkness until the seeds have rooted and start to sprout. Once sprouting has begun, remove the weight and keep in the light, for example, on a windowsill.
