Tips for growing microgreens: Sprinkle seeds on soil in a seedling tray with drainage holes. Do not cover the seeds with soil! Put a dark lid on and add a weight to press the seeds against the soil. Moisten with water every day. It is convenient to do this with a spray bottle. Keep the weight and darkness until the seeds have rooted and start to sprout. Once germination has started, remove the weight and keep in the light, for example on a windowsill.
