Sunflower 'Big', for microgreens. Tips for growing microgreens: Soak the seeds for 6 hours (not mandatory), then spread them on soil in a seedling tray with drainage holes. Do not cover the seeds with soil! Place a dark lid and add a weight so the seeds are pressed against the soil. Moisten daily with water. It is convenient to do this with a spray bottle. Keep the weight and darkness until the seeds have rooted and start to sprout. Once germination has started, remove the weight and keep in the light, for example on a windowsill.
