Kale ‘Oldenbor’ F1 (Brassica oleracea acephala var. sabellica) – a high-yielding F1 hybrid with dark green, strongly curled leaves and excellent winter hardiness. The variety produces upright, uniform plants with high leaf quality and strong cold tolerance, making it particularly suitable for autumn and winter production. The leaves are aromatic, nutrient-rich, and ideal for both fresh use and cooking. 

Sow for transplants from March to June or August to September, depending on the intended harvest period, and plant out in a sunny location in fertile, well-drained soil. Recommended spacing is 30–45 cm between plants. Optimal growing temperature is +10 to +20 °C. Harvest begins approximately 6–10 weeks after germination by picking outer leaves, allowing continuous production over several months.
