Cornflower "Blue Ball" (Centaurea cyanus) is a beautiful, fast-growing annual flower known for its striking deep blue, double flowers. It grows up to 80 cm tall and is perfect for flower beds, borders, and cut flower arrangements. It thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, requiring moderate watering. The best time to sow directly into the ground is in early spring or late autumn for earlier blooms. It attracts pollinators like bees and butterflies, making it a great addition to any garden.

Blooms from June to September, depending on the sowing time. If sown in autumn, it may start flowering earlier in late spring. Regular deadheading encourages prolonged blooming.
