Common zinnia ‘Benary’s Giant White’ (Zinnia elegans) – a robust, luxurious variety with large, fully double, snow-white blooms. It forms strong, upright stems and large, compact mounds, making it ideal for both garden beds and cut flower arrangements. Blooms continuously from mid-summer until the first frost, attracts butterflies and other pollinators, and holds its form well in vases. Height: approx. 90 cm.

Professional Choice: The Benary’s Giant series is highly favored in the professional cut flower market. Renowned for fully double, large flowers up to 12 cm in diameter, these plants have long, sturdy stems, making them perfect for outdoor cut flower production. The variety offers excellent vase life, ensuring lasting beauty and reliability in floral arrangements.

Sowing & Care: Sow indoors in seed trays 4–6 weeks before the last frost or directly outdoors after frost. Lightly cover seeds with soil. Germination occurs in 7–14 days at 20–25°C. Prefers sunny locations and well-drained soil. Water regularly, avoiding overly wet conditions. Pinch spent flowers or cut blooms to encourage continuous flowering.
