Foxglove ‘Camelot Lavender’ F1 (Digitalis purpurea) 10 seeds
Foxglove ‘Camelot Lavender’ F1 (Digitalis purpurea) – The first F1 hybrid on the market, providing high germination, uniform growth, and synchronized flowering. Blooms already in the first year of cultivation if sown earlier. Camelot™ series is also suitable for growing in very large containers (over 17 cm), maintaining a strong, upright growth form.
‘Camelot Lavender’ F1 - the flowers are a delicate lavender color with a characteristic spotted center. The variety is especially suitable for cut flower production and is pollinator-friendly. It stands out with medium to strong growth and stable quality in various growing conditions.
Sow the seeds indoors in seed trays 10–12 weeks before the last spring frost. Transplant seedlings outdoors when the risk of frost has passed. Seeds can also be sown at the end of summer and planted outside to root before winter. Then, the plant will bloom earlier the following year. Cut the flowers when only a few of the lower flowers have opened. In a vase, the flowers last 6–8 days.
⚠️ Attention: Note that parts of plants of the Delphinium genus, including seeds, are poisonous, so be careful around children and pets. Contact with the plant may cause skin irritation, redness, and itching, but the greatest danger occurs if plant parts are ingested.
