Sweet Alyssum ‘Aphrodite Apricot’ (Lobularia maritima) – a low, compact variety with dense clusters of delicate flowers in soft apricot and peach shades. Perfect for flower beds, edging, rock gardens, raised beds, containers and balcony boxes. Attracts pollinators.
Sow indoors from March to April in trays or pots, lightly covering the seeds with soil. Germination takes 14–28 days. Ideal temperature 10–15°C. Transplant outdoors after frost when seedlings reach about 5 cm. Can also be sown directly outdoors or in containers after frost risk has passed. Flowering: May to October.
