Flowers continuously from summer into autumn, attracting pollinators. Produces slender but strong stems suitable for cutting. Plants typically reach 90–100 cm in height.

Sow indoors from March to May. Cover seeds lightly with soil and keep the substrate slightly moist. Transplant outdoors after the last frost. Prefers well-drained loamy soil with a neutral to alkaline pH. If soil is heavy, improve drainage by incorporating organic matter.
