Breadseed poppy 'Bowling ball'. The main value of this variety is the large seed heads after flowering. The seed head can reach up to 6cm in diameter. Sow directly into the ground in spring, in a permanent place. This can also be done in autumn, then the stems grow taller and stronger. Cover the seeds with a very, very thin layer of soil and gently press down the soil. Blooms with pink flowers with a white center. Due to the heavy seed heads, it is recommended to support the stems so they do not fall over in the wind.

Popular in dried flower arrangements and and for collecting seeds that can be used in cooking and baking.
