Common zinnia 'Mazurkia' (Zinnia elegans). Double-flowered, bicolored flower heads with unique coloring. Each petal is wine red or dark pink in the middle and white or cream yellow on the edge.
Sow indoors in a seedling box 4–6 weeks before the last frost or outdoors directly in the ground after frost. Lightly cover the seeds with soil. Germinates in 7–14 days at a temperature of 20–25°C.
Zinnias will like a sunny spot and well-drained soil. Water regularly, but avoid excessively wet soil. Pinch off faded flowers or cut flowers for a vase to encourage continuous blooming.
