Common zinnia 'Queen Lime Blush' (Zinnia elegans)
Common zinnia 'Queen Lime Blush' or 'Queen Lime Blotch' or 'Queeny Lime with Blush' - the same variety called differently in various countries. The lemon-yellow flowers have a lime green hue with playful pink blushes forming on them.
Sow indoors in a seedling box 4–6 weeks before the last frost or outdoors directly in the ground after frost. Lightly cover the seeds with soil. Germinates in 7–14 days at a temperature of 20–25°C.
Zinnias will enjoy a sunny spot and well-drained soil. Water regularly, but avoid overly wet soil. Pinch off faded flowers or cut flowers for a vase to encourage continuous blooming.
