Hound's ear ‘Garibaldi’ (Bupleurum rotundifolium) – An elegant, airy plant with decorative round green leaves and compact clusters of yellowish flowers. The stems are long and straight, reaching up to about 100 cm. Highly valued for cut flower arrangements.
Sow directly outdoors or in pots in spring from April to May, in a sunny location with well-drained soil. Lightly cover the seeds with soil; they germinate in about 10–20 days. The plant is easy to grow, tolerates drought well, and requires little maintenance. For continuous flowering, sow in several intervals.
