The main effect of linden blossom is to reduce fever, promote sweating and have a minor anti-infection effect, which is why linden blossom tea is well suited for relieving the symptoms of cold disease. Linden flower tea also has an anxiety-reducing and calming effect.
It is recommended to drink hot linden flower tea with honey 2-4 times a day for cold disease. Chilled tea is effective against stress.
