Šķirne "White Utah Jumbo" ir sniegbalti sīpoli, kuri izaug diezgan lieli, ja auguši auglīgā un labi iestrādātā augsnē. Maigās un nedaudz saldenās garšas dēļ tos sauc arī par saldajiem spāņu sīpoliem. Sīpolus ievāc un ēd jebkurā stadijā, taču uzglabāšanai jāievāc tikai nogatavojušies sīpoli. 

Sēj no agra līdz vēlam pavasarim atklātā zemē rindās. Sīpoliem svarīgi, lai augsne būtu smalka, ne pārāk stingra un pietiekami mitra.
